Read our policy on shipping and returns in this section.
All orders are processed on all days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped within 1 day.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout(Free Standard Shipping).
Some products may rarely have a different delivery time, this is always stated on the product page
In a few cases, there may be a delay in the delivery of orders by the carrier. We are not responsible for this.
In all cases, you will receive a track & trace code to be able to track your order.
The shipping rate will differ according to the item(s)
Shipping Information applies only to online purchases made at offexfootball.com only. All orders are subject to complete verification and fraud screening before shipments are processed.
At the moment we use free standard shipping for all jerseys.
Other shipping options' rates may differ with time and location.
Shipping to another address
You can indicate in the ordering process that the order must be delivered to a different address.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2 days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

You have 3 days to register the product with Offex Football for return, calculated from the date you received the order.
You will receive Full Cashback but a minimal transaction fee may be charged.

Pack the item in its original packaging or a sturdy cardboard box. Make sure the packaging is tightly closed.
Cancel an Order
The window of time for cancellations or changes is very short due to our automated, real-time order fulfillment processes. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your request will be honored. If part or all of your order is successfully canceled, we will send you an email for your records.
For order changes, once we have confirmed your order, we cannot change or add anything to the order without attempting to cancel it first.
If your order has already shipped, we won't be able to cancel the order. If this happens, simply return the order once you receive it. See our Return Policy for further details. We don’t refund shipping for shipped orders.
